• Inspired by a view from a mountain in Seoul, the drawing takes the subject of the countless apartment building continuously being built and demolished. By focusing on making and censoring each mark, this drawing mimics the reality of the built environment: its surface is perceived as an area of the city, as the act of drawing is a representation of the actual construction and demolition of the buildings. This drawing explores a set of drawing techniques that can potentially expand the roles of architectural drawings.
